SET MOUNTED CONTROL PANELS

The new set mounted single generator control panel has been designed to fully control a single run generator and replace your existing Engine Mounted Control Panel. The panel is generator mounted and will work with your set mounted circuit breaker.

 
The controller is used to automatically start and stop the engine, indicating the operational status and fault conditions. Operation of the controller is via pushbuttons (with security locking facility) mounted on the front panel with STOP/RESET, AUTO, MANUAL and START pushbuttons.
Metering and instrumentation is provided on the LCD display including :-
  • Generator Volts L1-N, L2-N, L3-N
  • Generator Volts L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L1
  • Generator Amps L1, L2, L3
  • Generator Frequency Hz
  • Generat kVA L1, L2, L3, Total

  • Engine Oil Pressure PSI
  • Fuel Level %
  • Engine Temp Deg C
  • Plant Battery Volts
  • Engine Hours Run
  • Other functions include :-
  • Multiple Alarm Channels (inluding most engine and alternator parameters)
  • Speed adjust
  • Volts adjust
  • Emergency Stop Pushbutton (red stayput mushroom head)
  • Event log showing last 16 shutdown events with recorded engine hours
